The home is equipped with a cargo lift which is perfect for limited mobility guests. It also helps get your luggage into the home!
Oceandreamz has 8 total bedrooms - 6 king bedrooms - 4 king master en suite bedrooms - 1 queen x4 en suite bedroom and 18 beds total! 55" smart tvs in all bedrooms. 65" smart tvs in the living rooms. 3 living rooms with plenty of seating plus an additional 3rd story game room!
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a huge meal for many! Kitchen has two ovens, two refrigerators, 3 ice makers (2 in freezers plus one stand alone on the counter), 2 microwaves, and one dishwasher.
The home is equipped with TWO sets of washers and dryers!
3rd story game room offers amazing ocean views as well as a 65" smart tv, mini fridge, pool table, arcade game table, and fitness equipment (treadmill, dumbbells, yoga mat, jump rope, and an ab roller). There is also a desk and chair for any business needs!
All decks are furnished with ample outdoor furniture for your lounging pleasure. The home also has two outdoor gas grills for all of your outdoor cooking needs!
Under the home you will find mini putt putt, an outdoor shower, huge outdoor bar area with wifi alexa speaker, 65" outdoor tv, ping pong table, 2 sets of bags games, one washers game, one ladder toss game, two outdoor fans, mini fridge, outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor seating.
The entire area under the house and back yard is fully fenced for your privacy and pets! It is also beautifully landscaped with multiple palm trees!
Oceandreamz has two hot tubs. One is located on the main deck overlooking the ocean and the other is located next to the bar under the home.
The backyard is built out with an amazing outdoor firepit with 15 chairs surrounding! (Firepit wood is provided). There is also a full playground set as well as a heated/cooled salt water pool over looking the ocean! The pool deck has private gates that can be locked for safety. The pool also has a removable volleyball net as well as a basketball hoop! The backyard also has private beach access!
The home has outdoor security cameras but they are disarmed during each stay. There are no camera inside the home.

We offer a beach package that can be rented for $125 per night. This must be rented for the entire stay of your trip. The beach package includes sand toys, #2 10x10 outdoor canopy's, #2 Frisbees, #2 water footballs, #4 skim boards. #4 bodyboards, #24 beach chairs, and a JBL Boombox 2 portable Bluetooth speaker.
We also offer a 6 seater golf cart with built in Bluetooth speakers. The golf cart can be rented for $200 per night. The golf cart must be rented for the entire stay of your trip.

Summary: This property and it's amenities are perfect for a group event. There is more than enough room for all, not just for sleeping, but for playing games, preparing/serving food, etc. Our event was a huge success and the property met all of our needs. Will definitely look for it again if we do this event next year!

Summary: We had a large group, 12 adults and 9 children under the age of 4. The house was perfect. Very clean and all the amenities made entertaining the children easy. It was so nice to be right on the beach and also have the pool and hot tubs and playground. Even with cold weather we were able to enjoy the outside and deck throughout our stay. The kitchen having two ovens and two refrigerators was also so nice with such a large group. We would definitely stay again! We had one small issue that was resolved very quickly and the property managers were easy to reach and on top of it immediately. Overall it was a great experience!

Summary: We were 11 family members from Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Colorado, and of course, Houston, Texas. We all try to get together at least once a year and have done so since the 90s. The house was good with ample room and bathrooms. Two hot tubs, and a swimming pool with easy access to the beach for nice walks and shell picking. Thanks to Tyler and his team we were treated like royalty.

Summary: We had our joint bachelor/bachelorette party at OceanDreamz had a wonderful stay. The house comfortably slept our party of 18 guests with no issues whatsoever. Communication with Tyler was fantastic with quick responses from initial inquiry for booking. I can’t recommend staying here enough and we hope to come back annually!

Summary: We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is our favorite! Everything was just as described and pictured, was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the house were beautiful, the access to the beach was great, the swimming pool was enjoyed by everyone - it was perfect! The host always responded very quickly and professionally - I definitely appreciated that!

Summary: This house is really beautiful, its furnishings and decor is very inviting. Plenty of space for bigger groups. Games, hot tubs, and a great pool that keeps all ages entertained and happy. Kitchen was well supplied and plenty of tables and seating indoors as well of outdoors. Definitely a place we’d consider on coming back to.

Summary: Our family stayed at this property to celebrate our parent’s 50th Anniversary. This property was perfect for a large family. We had a variety of age groups and this property offered many amenities to everyone. Having the pool was great as it offered another activity if you did not want to be in the gulf waters. Host was responsive and accommodating to our needs.
